1. Oil For Export, LLC issues SOFT OFFER via website download or eMail

2. BUYER/BUYER'S MANDATE issues LOI with quantity, price,
contract length, banking information and a SOFT PROBE AUTHORIZATION with Bank Endorsement, Stamp & Signature.

3. NCND is signed by parties involved.

4. SELLER'S REPRESENTATIVE issues FCO to Buyer via Oil For Export, LLC

5. SELLER ISSUES POP/Site Inspection

6. BUYER returns FCO signed and returns it with BANK ENDORSEMENT to Oil For Export, LLC
(Letter of Credit must be transferable.)

7. SELLER issues DRAFT CONTRACT to Buyer via Oil For Export, LLC

Oil For Export.com: Exporting DIESEL D2 FUEL OIL POP and FCO will not be issued until Buyer or Representative produce the proper documents.
